Beyond Koh SamuiAlthough there's more than enough on Koh Samui to satisfy even the most restless of souls, there's some very interesting places just around the corner. The neighbouring island of Koh Phangan, although less-developed, offers some very laid back (and often rustic) accommodation - although there are seven or so 5-Star resorts tucked away there, too. And Koh Tao, with the nearby triple-island of Koh Nang Yuan has some of the best diving around. |

Koh PhanganPeople say it's like Samui was 20 years ago. Certainly it's a lot less developed, but there's also shops and nightlife, too. |
