Good:	The butterfly theme
Bad:	Where do i start....

Comment: Such a disappointment. From the pictures on the website i was expecting something special. Our greeting and arrival was great but then it slid downhill from there. We booked a deluxe seaview villa. The room was small and dated and only caught the seaview along the horizon. The bathroom had a funny smell coming from the drains and there were ants all over the floor and benches. The biggest let down was the food, but because the resort is so far from anywhere you have no choice but to eat there unless u catch the long shuttle bus ride to one of the main beaches. There's nothing to do at night time as the rooms don't have dvd or cd players, so once again you have to catch the shuttle. The spa isn't that great either. The therapists chatted in Thai consistently thru our couples treatment, and my manicure and pedicure result was uneven and some of my nails were different shapes and the polish wsn't even. If i had my time again, i'd stay at another hotel. It might cost more, but after you add up all the shuttle bus and taxi fares and wasted money on terrible food, it'd work out pretty even.


Restaurant Tip: The Cliff Restaurant between Chaweng and Lamai and Betelnut Restaurant at Buri Rasa Resort. The best food!

Good:	bonanza packages which offers amount of the money that you could spend in the hotel and you actually got the bonus amount which is much more than you actually bought for the packages. the other good thing about centara is the cenvaree spa which they offering best services with the lovely staff who taking good care of the customers.
Bad:	- my 50 euro in my purse has been stolen from my room. i was in room no.137 and that was on 27th of june. i booked the trip to samui and believed that centara would have more security for the property of the customers. i left my bag in my room and went to the pool and at the time i got back to the room it wasn't there anymore. - that was my birthday week we booked to centara and spent 6 nights and we had a very bad experienced with the waiter who served us at the pool on the 27th of june 2009. he was very rude to us. i didn't know why i can feel the way he was looking at me as a thai lady who comes with the foreigner. of course my boyfriend is american. i didn't get any discount being thai lady, did i? why your hotel treat the customers differently? is there anything to do with where they come from? i been asked what room no. am i when i was just about to have my breakfast? why didn't you ask my boyfriend the same question? or because he 's american and i am not? if anyone who ever go and stay in centara you would know it's miles away from the hotel lobby to where they serve breakfast. in that case if i am not staying in the hotel..will i really go to have breakfast that far? - the hourse maid always late to clean up the room. i do understand that they probably don't have enough staff to clean it up but they always come to clean and to changet the bed sheets and replace the new towel about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. or it's normal in samui? - on my birthday i received my birthday cake but it's wasn't in front of my room. it was in front of my friend's room. and instead of putting the cake in front of the room why don't you put inside the room in case of rain. i ended up didn't get that cake.

Good:	There is nice quiet place. I relaxes by staying there.
Bad:	There is far from center of Samui.

Comment: I stayed there 6 days. I had a very nice time.
I was touched by Employee's nice hospitality, beautiful scenery, nice atomosphere.

I paid too much for taxi. It's very expensive.
I could use shuttle bus, but it run just 3 times in a day. It's not useful.
