Koh Samui Sightseeing

Koh Samui has a big advantage over other tourists spots - it's got both history and variety. From the natural splendour of sweeping mountain vistas to the enigmatic fossilised monk wearing sunglasses. From crocodile wrestling and the Snake Farm to the gigantic grandeur of the Big Buddha or the ambiguity of rock formations that look like giant genitals. There's a varied menu of diversions to distract for even the most dedicated of pool lizards or sunbathers.

Viewpoints

Take your pick. Stop for a snack on a cliffside restaurant that perches high over Chaweng, or head to the mountains.

Waterfalls

There's two of them, they're both delightful and they're both on the West Coast. And they've both got rustic Thai eateries, too.

Temples & Shrines

You'll find temples everywhere, but there are some really unusual one to be seen on Samui - and all of them with stories to tell.

Zoos & Farms

Snakes, fishes, crocodiles, monkeys, butterflies and tigers! Watch them or play with them - there's some family fun here.
